At Rugs Direct, we want you to love your new rug, which is why we offer a 30-day trial period to ensure it's the perfect fit for your home. If you are not completely satisfied, we make the return and exchange process simple and transparent.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Rug

  Carefully roll the rug and wrap it in the original heavy-duty plastic packaging or a similar protective material to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of the package, ensuring any old shipping labels are completely covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Schedule Pickup

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping center or contact us to schedule a convenient home pickup for oversized area rugs.
